Frequently
Asked Questions
Q - Is
this product going to keep me awake at night? A
- NO. Slender Fx™ is not a diet pill that jacks up your
heart rate making you feel like you just sniffed an illegal
substance.
Q - Is this product going to interact with my
medication? A - NO! Slender Fx™ contains a
highly bioavailable proprietary blend of viscous
polysaccharides, shown in test studies to reduce plasma
Leptin, which regulates the storage of body fat. However, we
would tell you to bring the bottle to your Dr. and ask him
what he thinks. In fact,if he's overweight, we suggest he give
the product a try as well.
Q - Is this a Miracle Pill? A -
NO! There is no such thing. In fact, if you are so in love
with food that you don't think you can ever reduce your
portion sizes or if you never plan to exercise, or if you
drink alcohol 7 days per week, we would say to you, do not try
this product. You are not being honest with yourself about
getting healthy. In conjunction with a reduced calorie diet
and a committed exercise regimen, Slender Fx™ works to support
the body’s fat burning capacity while providing increased
energy potential. |

What is Leptin?
Leptin is a hormone that is secreted by fat
cells in white adipose tissue. Leptin was found to be a signal
to the brain, having a primary influence on body
weight. When Leptin works properly, it’s getting through to
the brain and telling the brain the body is full, stop eating.
Your Brain and Your
Body The brain has no eyes – and there are no
mirrors inside our heads – therefore the brain does not care
about body weight from the point of view of how the body
looks. The brain has no idea when a person thinks he or she is
fat or at the right body weight. It senses how much fat is on
hand by a system of communication with fat cells. It’s a
matter of survival. The body is am amazing machine. The body’s
survival mode is much more powerful than a person’s willpower
– a reason why abnormal cravings reflect Leptin problems. When
the brain senses that Leptin levels are normal, there is no
need to store extra calories for fat. The Problem In a normal
situation, your white adipose tissue is trying to make a phone
call to the brain. The message on the call is Leptin. The
amount of Leptin in that call tells the brain how much fat is
in reserve. This information allows the brain to regulate
energy for the rest of your body. Overweight people do not
make this call properly. There is plenty of Leptin, it’s just
not getting through to your brain. The fat cells call the
brain repeatedly and the brain does not answer. The brain,
therefore, thinks the body is still starving (SURVIVAL MODE
KICKS IN) and continues to order the storage of fat even
though there may be plenty of fat in storage. This is called
Leptin resistance. The result is fat cells just become larger.
Why Yo-Yo Diets
Fail Leptin is in this for the long haul.
Remember, it’s helping you survive. It enables our species to
go months at a time with very little food. Leptin will not be
defeated with a fad diet plan that only lasts a few weeks or
months. Those who “diet” have trained their bodies not to
trust them anymore. The feast or famine principle of genetics
are in full force. As soon as there is a drastic reduction in
calories, the body slows down and starts to conserve
(SURVIVAL). Once metabolism slows down to coincide with the
reduction of calories, weight loss stops. Frustration sets in,
the diet ends, people eat more. That increase signals the end
of “survival mode” in the body causing the release of Leptin.
And, a primary survival goal of Leptin is to replenish fat
stores. A reason dieters gain all the weight back and then
some. |
